I went to this location about a month ago. I was told I had the truck and was approved and just needed a co-signer. After arriving with my co-signer, who had also been "approved", we sat for hours. After they realized that I was a self employed contractor who gets a 10-99 at the end of the year, the sales manager was very rude and abrupt with me. Then I was told that because I couldn't prove I was making money I couldn't get the loan. Which this was not the case. After reading many letters from every finance company they shot an app to, they all read the same. The vehicle I was applying for was to old to finance. So instead of telling me that, they told me it was no way I'd get a vehicle. But low and behold, I got approved by the very same bank that they said denied me. Thank you for lying to me, now I've got a vehicle that is lower mileage and better about customer care.
