Mack Orthodontists is PHENOMENAL! But it's hard to conjure up enough adjectives to describe the office. Doctor Mack is extremely informative, knowledgeable, and most importantly, willing to answer all your questions. Learning that I would need upper & lower bonding due to my teeth spacing after my braces, Doctor Mack & his team worked to help pave the path to my new smile. The rest of his office is just as incredible! Everyone is extremely nice, friendly, and welcoming. They work hand in hand to make sure that realize you’re more than just another patient your part of the Mack Orthodontist family. In addition to the comfortable atmosphere, the office fully utilizes technology to capitalize on efficiency. YES, people are accessible via email, text message reminders, including Doctor Mack! I love my new smile so much and am beyond glad that I just so happened to stumble across Mack Orthodontists. Also they now have 2 locations Burlington NC & Hillsborough NC.
